I'm Fay Adams, transformational coach, mindfulness and compassion teacher, long term meditator, mum, survivor of chronic pain and hopeful nurturer of the human spirit's potential to grow through life's ups and downs.
One to one, I support people who, despite having explored personal growth, mindfulness or spiritual practices are struggling to realise the changes they long for in life and in body, mind and heart.
In groups, I deliver mindfulness and compassion training, which provides resources for the nurturance of sustainable wellbeing and fulfilment.

Coaching
Coaching sessions with me are a nurturing and empowering experience. Despite best efforts, there are times in life when everyone needs a helping hand in order to get through. Coaching feels like having a trusted guide who knows the territory walking beside you. It feels so good when you break new ground after being held back. Mindfulness

I offer mindfulness and compassion training to groups in the workplace and other settings.
With a crisis in mental health throughout society, the wisdom and practice of mindfulness and compassion training provides invaluable and scientifically proven insight into how we can nurture sustainable wellbeing, both for ourselves, and then by extension for others too.
