Mindfulness and Self-compassion Package
Receive in-depth training in these transformative practices that can have a holistic and far-reaching impact on your life and wellbeing. These sessions will give you tools for life - whatever life deals up mindfulness and self-compassion will always be there for you after this.

Sessions are 1 hour 15 mins every week. I suggest a package of 10 sessions ideally to give you a good grounding in the practices. Audios (via App) and a book (posted to you) are included. We will tailor the process to your needs so nothing is set in stone. I may record practices for you bespoke to practice with at home. WhatsApp support is given between sessions where helpful and for the purposes of accountability, if that feels good to you.

Suggested investment: £60 - £80 GBP per session or £500 - £700 for the package in advance (with a refund for unused sessions if you change your mind).
Concessions are available - please talk to me if this feels like too much, I want mindfulness and self-compassion to be as accessible as possible!
